About the role
Are you ready to lead the transformation of eCommerce? Diageo, the world's leading premium drinks company, is seeking a dynamic and innovative eCommerce Account Manager to join our Digital Transformation team in Dublin!
eCommerce has become a significant growth channel, vital to Diageo’s growth ambitions. This role focuses on capturing the shift to digital shopping and driving incremental growth by developing strategies for a seamless shopper experience across channels.
You will develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy across Route To Market customers (wholesalers, convenience stores, specialists), New Business, and Pure-play customers, aiming to grow the category and increase Diageo’s market share.
You will utilize skills in digital strategy, data analytics, commercial acumen, storytelling, and influencing to align internal and external stakeholders around a shared vision.

About you
* 5+ years of experience in commercial or digital sales.
* Ability to develop digital strategies that drive commercial results and mobilize cross-functional teams.
* An innovative change agent who can influence and inspire leaders, sales teams, marketers, partners, and customers.
* Proven customer or commercial leadership in a large multinational organization.
* Passionate and proactive about digital transformation.
* Agile and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
Role Responsibilities:
* Lead eCommerce strategy for key customer portfolios, enhancing online shopper experiences across various segments.
* Operate with foresight and innovation, assessing current solutions and envisioning future advancements.
* Expand existing key accounts and pursue new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with brand, trade marketing, account teams, and customers to create local plans and identify test-and-learn opportunities.
* Manage the annual operating plan, defining actions and A&P investments to meet commercial goals.
* Partner with Digital Content & Activation teams to optimize product presentation and online activations.
* Develop plans to build digital capabilities within commercial teams.
