Prime Awards requires an experienced Sales Administrator to join their Commercial team. The role will include processing domestic sales orders, sourcing stock, managing suppliers and purchase orders. Responsibilities
1. Ownership of the Online Sales process, End to End:
* Request and collate quotes from suppliers and forward to respective account managers
* Raise purchase orders to order materials and goods from suppliers
* Manage the inflow of orders via the website and transfer them to Sage 50
* Organise the ordering of samples and creation of artworks from suppliers as needed
* Track the status of orders and liaise with logistics companies to ensure timely deliveries
1. Produce and maintain sales and purchasing reports
2. Liaise with colleagues in the office and factory floor
3. Deal with customers via walk-in, phone, and online
4. Perform ad-hoc administrative duties supporting sales
5. Report to senior management
What you’ll need
* 2+ years’ experience in a sales support and/or buying role
* Good attitude towards customer service
* Ability to source stock and interact with suppliers
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Sage is an advantage
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* 1+ years’ experience in a sales and/or administrative role
* Fluent in written and spoken English

* Basic salary plus bonus depending on experience
