We are seeking a skilled Nursing Professional to join our East Clonskeagh Hospital team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to work with diverse patient groups, promoting equality and inclusivity.
The ideal candidate will have experience in social inclusion or working with marginalized groups. Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting nursing assessments and developing care plans for patients from all backgrounds.
* Prioritizing workload and collaborating with the DON to ensure effective team management.
* Working in clinical settings and outreach clinics as required, including sexual health services.
* Developing new nursing projects and implementing them effectively.
* Advocating for patient rights and dignity.
* Maintaining good working relationships with statutory and voluntary organizations.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to work independently and have knowledge of Health Service Executive policies and procedures.
They will also contribute to quality assurance and risk assessments, adhere to documentation standards and maintain high professional responsibility.
This role requires a collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Key Qualifications:
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
* Experience in social inclusion or working with marginalized groups
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Knowledge of Health Service Executive policies and procedures
