Lead Daily Store Operations This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively. A key aspect of this role is ensuring that all daily tasks are completed efficiently, including but not limited to stock control, merchandising, staffing and compliance. Strong communication skills are also essential in order to maintain open lines of communication between team members and senior management. The successful candidate will be able to inspire their team through positive reinforcement, while maintaining high standards and expectations across all areas.
