Here at Americold LoughEgish we are now recruiting for a Stock Office Supervisor FTC.
As the Stock Office Supervisor, you willbe responsible for setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) forthe stock team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the Management Team,and updating the company's weekly scorecard.
You will provide weekly stockinformation, including Labour Management Standards (LMS) and ad hoc customeranalysis, while ensuring that customer stocks are accurately processed by theStock Office Team.
You will manage all Stock Office queries,ensuring they are resolved promptly and accurately to foster strong customerrelationships.
Liaising with the Operations Team, you will ensure that stock isreceived, stored, and dispatched according to customer requirements.
Any issueswill be escalated to the Operations Manager as necessary.
Additionally, you will oversee allaspects of the Stock Office Team, including scheduling, shift patterns,attendance, payroll reporting, timekeeping, and performance management.
Youwill coach and mentor the team, ensuring cross-training, development, andsuccession planning, while maintaining a comprehensive training matrix anddeveloping process flows for all Stock Office tasks.
Previous StockManagement experience in Food and/or Warehousing environment
Proven trackrecord of managing a team
Demonstratedability to build strong stakeholder relationships
High energyprofile, commercially aware, results oriented, calm under pressure, noteasily distracted and highly self-motivated
Proactive,pragmatic with a "can do" attitude
Excellentinterpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
