Senior Consultant, Private Equity Fund Accounting
As a seasoned professional within our growing Financial Services department, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, ensuring seamless operations, and providing leadership for the team.
* Assist in managing an ever-expanding portfolio of clients across Ireland and the UK.
* Deliver exceptional service to clients by accurately completing tasks and requests for information on time.
* Organise workload and team members efficiently, ensuring timely completion of financial reports and valuations.
You will be responsible for:
* Meeting client reporting deadlines and improving report preparation through process optimisation.
* Maintaining a productive work environment through effective training and coaching.
* Liaising with clients and auditors to address audit queries and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Addressing partner issues and providing regular feedback to staff.
* Assisting with strategic planning, goal-setting, and priority execution for the department.
This role requires:
* A recognised Professional Accounting Qualification with extensive post-qualification experience.
* In-depth knowledge of Irish/UK GAAP/US GAAP and IFRS standards.
* A working knowledge of the Irish regulatory/tax regime and Private Equity Fund Administration principles.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
