Residential Conveyancing Support Specialist

The Role:
* Provide full secretarial support to solicitors in the conveyancing team
* Prepare, draft and format legal documents including contracts and correspondence
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, banks, and other solicitors to progress files efficiently
As a Residential Conveyancing Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting solicitors with residential conveyancing matters, client communications, and document preparation. You will be responsible for managing case files, maintaining accurate records, and updating case management systems.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a conveyancing team, and possess strong typing, audio typing, and document production skills. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
