The Team
Based in Ireland’s largest Investments team, we offer comprehensive domestic and cross-border investment services through our extensive network. The team comprises 9 professionals involved in advising and transacting on major office, retail, logistics, and PRS assets and portfolios in Ireland.
The Role
The successful candidate will provide strategic advice and deliver a full spectrum of investment services, including sales, acquisitions, and asset management advisory. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Surveyor with at least 5 years of experience in commercial property negotiations, possessing a PSRA license or eligible to attain one. They should have a deep understanding of the investment market and practical experience in investment appraisals, with a proactive approach and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver exceptional pitch and presentation skills, building trusted client relationships.
2. Manage the full transaction process from inspections to negotiations, ensuring client satisfaction and brand integrity.
3. Implement operational systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
4. Prepare detailed reports for clients and senior management.
5. Represent Savills at industry events and promote the brand through seminars and media.
6. Mentor junior team members and support their development.
Candidate Profile
* Driven, determined, and innovative, with leadership qualities.
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
* Chartered Surveyor (SCSI/RICS).
* Technically proficient with a strong market knowledge.
* Experienced in investment appraisals and negotiations.
* Proficient in Argus Enterprise & Developer, MS Office.
* Ambitious, proactive, and client-focused.
* Valid driver’s license and own car required.
