CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER 2
Community Residential Services, Limerick
Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience.

Requirements
Management Qualification – Recognised Management Qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent.
At least 5 years post‑registration nursing experience of which at least 3 are within disability services.
Previous experience at CNM1 level within the area of Intellectual Disability.
Full Clean Irish Driving License for Manual Vehicles and access to own car.
Proficiency in the English language.
Completed mandatory training.
Proven managerial, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Detailed knowledge of the HIQA standards/regulations, Health Act 2007 and ability to maintain compliance with HIQA.
Detailed knowledge of rostering and managing rostering arrangements and leave planning for staff.
Detailed knowledge of the role of the Person in Charge and ability to complete same.
Highly motivated, able to work on own initiative and manage change.
Previous experience in relation to autism and mental health.
Ability to work effectively with families and the wider MDT.
Possess Level 2 behavioural competencies of the Avista competency framework.
