 
        Job Title: Sales Support ExecutiveLocation: Ballymount, Dublin 22.Division: Workplace Supplies DivisionReporting To: Sales Manager – Workplace SuppliesMain Purpose of JobThis role involves supporting our existing team of inside sales executives. You will work alongside the team to help achieve common goals and targets and at the same time gain a valuable insight into the sales strategy of the business.For anyone interested in maybe pursuing a career in sales this role is also the perfect platform to develop a good understanding of sales and then make that leap into the inside sales team at a later stage.This role is largely office based with some capacity for hybrid work (1 day a week) after 6 months.Key Responsibilities:Manage the customer loyalty program including updating customer points and communicating directly with customers in relation to the program.Preparing quotes on behalf on inside sales team.Preparing KPI and weekly sales reports for the sales director in preparation for sales meetings.Cover for sales floor when required.Updating CRM with relevant customer information and cleansing of same when required.Working alongside inside sales team to help improve customer retention.Communicating any relevant marketing campaigns to customers where appropriate.Experience Expected2 years' experience in an administrative, customer service or sales type environment.Good computer skills and the ability to learn how to work with new packages.High degree of self-motivation, strong commitment and result oriented.Core Competencies ExpectedWe understand that sales is a tough business.
