Job Title: Software Engineering Team Lead
This role requires a skilled software engineering team lead to oversee the management of technology requirements for the company business in UK & Ireland. The position will be responsible for managing lean teams, overseeing all aspects of technology requirements, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong understanding of Financial Services;
* Knowledge of Fund Accounting, Fund Administration and Servicing along with Transfer Agency is a strong plus;
* Effective leadership abilities including senior leadership experience on planning, execution, transparency, and reporting;
* Solid technical skills including SQL Server, Oracle,.NET,JAVA as well as Agile methodology JIRA,AWS,and Azure; a strong plus would include public cloud environment development or migration experience.
