Job Description:
A leading provider of integrated care services seeks an experienced professional to lead its regional operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior management, with a focus on quality improvement initiatives, stakeholder relationships, and team development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* QQI Level 8 in Social Care or Relevant with Management Qualification, meeting CORU registration requirements.
* Minimum of 4 years' experience at senior management level in Social Care.
* Previous experience in establishing new services, drafting and implementing policies and procedures.
* Demonstrable passion for delivering high-level quality service to individuals supported.
* Experience managing large volumes of staff teams.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland.
