Health & Safety Advisor - Limerick An exciting opportunity for a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to support safe and compliant site operations in a fast-paced environment. The role involves carrying out site inspections, reviewing RAMS and permits, delivering toolbox talks, and working closely with site teams to promote a strong safety culture. Ideal for someone with a hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to maintaining high health & safety standards. Key Responsibilities Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company procedures Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations Prepare, review, and update RAMS, method statements, permits, and other safety documentation Deliver toolbox talks and support workforce engagement on safe systems of work Liaise with site management, supervisors, subcontractors, and client safety teams Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions Monitor plant, equipment, PPE, and high-risk activities to ensure safe use and compliance Promote a proactive safety culture and support continuous improvement across site operations This is a full-time permanent roles based in Co.
