Join Our Team as a Multilingual Content Moderator
Do you want to make a difference in our online community? My client is looking for multilingual professionals with strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and most importantly, empathy. Help us resolve inquiries accurately, empathetically, and on time
Main Responsibilities:
1. Investigate and resolve reported issues (via ticketing system), such as account support requests or potentially abusive content.
2. Enforce client's Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
3. Stay knowledgeable about client's products and community standards.
4. Use market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions for our community.
5. Gather, analyse, and utilise data to improve user experience.
6. Recognise trends and patterns and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
7. Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
Skills & Competences:

Language Skills:
14. Fluency (C1-C2) in one of the following languages: Dutch, Norwegian, German, Swedish, Hebrew, Swahili, Ukrainian
15. In-depth understanding of regional culture and social trends required.
16. English proficiency (B2-C2).
Contract:
17. Full-time, permanent with Covalen.
Compensation:
18. Competitive package.
19. Fixed shifts: Day 9-5.30 OR Eve. 6-2am
20. Evening shift: 25% salary uplift for late hours (10pm to 2am) (T&Cs)
21. Evening shift: €12 per day (before tax) travel allowance. (T&Cs)

Working Hours:
