Job Title: Customer Retention & Digital Marketing Executive
Job Location: Dublin City South
Contract: Permanent, Mon-Fri standard hours. Onsite initially for training & then hybrid.

We are seeking a driven and passionate individual to join our team in a sales and marketing support role. This position is ideal for an ambitious and vibrant candidate who has an interest in digital marketing and the sales environment. The role focuses on two key areas: creating leads and generating business meetings, and retaining and managing existing customers. You will be a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them understand how our business solutions can assist their companies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
* Generate new business leads and increase market awareness through social media channels and email campaigns.
* Assist with the development and implementation of social media strategies and campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads.
* Help with website updates, including amending content, managing offers, and capturing leads.
* Investigate blog development and monitor competitor campaigns to identify potential opportunities.
* Report on the activity and results of social media/marketing campaigns.
* Account Management & Sales Support:
* Proactively contact existing customers to discuss vehicle renewals, contract extensions, and rental vehicle needs.
* Prepare quotes and credit applications for both existing and new business.
* Collaborate with other departments to address customer service queries and provide updates on vehicle supply and lead times.
* Coordinate with the team to produce monthly reports on wins and losses and prepare new business sales reports.
Key Requirements:
* 1 to 2 years of experience in a digital marketing, lead generation, or sales support role is an advantage.
* Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with a professional telephone manner and the ability to build rapport.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Experience in using social media, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
* Excellent organizational skills with numerical proficiency and the ability to multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail.
* A good work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Strong collaboration skills to ensure excellent customer service.
* Excellent computer skills and IT literacy, including Salesforce, MS Word, and Excel.
