Job Title: Reservation Specialist
This luxury resort in Co Carlow is currently seeking a highly skilled Reservation Specialist to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in a hotel reservations/front office role, knowledge of Hotsoft an advantage and strong customer service and interpersonal skills. This role involves managing the rooms reservation process for both individual and group bookings as well as assisting the Reservations Manager with all aspects of the Reservations Function daily.
Key Responsibilities:
* • Assist with meeting budgeted targets by leveraging sales strategies and techniques
* Ensure constant delivery of excellent guest service through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Resolve issues professionally ensuring that customers are satisfied
