Restaurant Supervisor – Full Time
Location: The Fork & Wheel Restaurant, Midleton
Hours: Full‑time (including evenings and weekends)
Start Date: Immediate

Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory or senior service role in a fast‑paced restaurant, bar, or hotel
Warm, confident hosting style with strong attention to detail
Ability to support and lead the team across restaurant and bar operations
A calm, organised approach to service, even when it’s busy
Passion for great food and collaboration with the kitchen team on daily service delivery
Comfortable assisting with stock control, compliance, and operational checklists
A flexible, proactive mindset. Happy to step in for the Restaurant Manager when required
Must have their own means of transport to and from site. We are not accessible by public transport
Availability to start immediately
