B2B Coffee Sales and Solutions Specialist
This role is central to expanding our B2B footprint. You will drive sales of specialty coffee equipment, lead installations, and provide hands-on consulting to improve clients' operational efficiency.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Sales & Consultative Solutions
o Prospect and onboard new clients through tailored equipment and workflow solutions.
o Conduct site audits to identify efficiency gaps and recommend our products/services.
* Technical Operations
o Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot advanced coffee equipment nationwide.
o Train clients on equipment use, maintenance, and workflow optimisation.
* Client Success & Retention
o Act as the primary post-sale contact, ensuring seamless adoption of our solutions.
o Deliver follow-up training and process reviews to maximize client ROI.
* Market Intelligence
o Report client feedback to guide product development and service improvements.
o Stay updated on industry trends to position us as a thought leader.
