Job Opportunity
A Site Management position has become available to manage high spec residential projects. The ideal candidate will possess experience in construction, programme management and team leadership.
* Manage the design process ensuring timely completion
* Supervise construction to ensure works specifications are met
* Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss project progress
* Line manage a team of engineers and project staff ensuring effective collaboration
* Coach and mentor junior members of staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
* Possess a degree level qualification (level 8/9 engineering degree)
* Minimum 7 years postgraduate experience with 5 years in consultancy environment
* Experience in development of infrastructure or multi-disciplinary building projects in Ireland/UK
* Ability to manage a multi-disciplinary design team and control technical resources effectively
* Possess a full driving licence
