SSA are looking for a Design Architect on behalf of our client, an Architecture firm, based in Cork. Job Description Lead and contribute to design development from concept to detailed design Prepare and coordinate planning applications, tender packages, and construction documentation Develop architectural designs using Revit in line with office BIM standards Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, planning policy, and BCAR requirements Attend design team meetings, site inspections, and client presentations Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio environment Requirements Part 3 qualified Architect 57 years professional experience, ideally within Irish practice Strong proficiency in Revit (essential) Proven design capability with a strong portfolio of built or advanced-stage projects Solid understanding of Irish planning system and building regulations Experience across one or more sectors (e.g. residential, commercial, education, healthcare, mixed-use) Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills What's on Offer Competitive Salary + package Hybrid Working Career progression opportunities in a leading Irish Practice If you are interested in this position, please reach out to Fred Kelleher at SSA Group for a confidential discussion, or apply now.
