Overview
We’re looking for a proactive project manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding of new funds and clients. Each onboarding is run like a dedicated project, with clear milestones and a strong focus on delivery. You’ll be the central point of coordination, bringing together clients, legal, compliance, operations, and external partners to make sure every step runs smoothly. From timelines and contracts to regulatory checks and governance, you’ll keep everything on track and ensure a seamless handover to operations. This role suits someone who thrives on building relationships, managing complexity, and driving results in a fast-paced funds environment.
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days p/w in office)
Key Responsibilities
* Lead onboarding projects from initial setup to handover to operations
* Manage timelines, legal processes, and regulatory requirements
* Liaise with clients (e.g., investment managers), legal, compliance, ops, KYC/AML teams, distributors, administrators, custodians, etc.
* Ensure all service agreements, SLAs, and contracts are in place
* Maintain clear documentation and governance throughout
* Provide progress updates to clients and senior management
Key Skills and Experience
* 5+ years of experience (ideally in funds or asset management)
* Experience with fund structures and onboarding processes
* Excellent stakeholder management, attention to detail, and communication skills
* Comfortable working across departments and managing timelines
* People person – able to guide and manage expectations
