We now have a fantastic opportunity for Sous Chef to join our team and contribute to the future success of Killashee Hotel.
Duties:
* Ensure full adherence to Hygiene and Safety standards in accordance with hotel policies, the Health and Safety at Work Act, and HACCP guidelines.
* Support kitchen operations and assist the team in their duties.
* Lead by example in food presentation and service quality.
* Assist in training both new and existing staff to meet standards.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef and management to develop creative and innovative menus.
* Manage kitchen operations including stock control, HACCP compliance, ordering, and gross profit management.
* Be hands-on in the kitchen alongside the team.
Key Requirements:
* Passionate and creative about culinary arts.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
* Flexible with hours and own transport.
* Strong interpersonal, leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
* Full working rights in Ireland.
