Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for web and backend systems.
Build scalable, reusable test scripts to support CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with developers, product teams, and QA peers to define test plans and acceptance criteria.
Guide QA best practices, particularly in automation, across cross‑functional teams.
Analyze test results and drive root cause analysis for defects and failures.
Ensure testing strategies align with scalable, secure, and high‑performance software development.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2+ in test automation.
Strong hands‑on skills with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestNG.
Solid programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
Experience with API testing using Postman, REST‑assured, or similar tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Comfortable working in fast‑moving environments focused on innovation and quality.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience working on AI, ML, or data‑intensive software platforms.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Performance testing experience using tools like JMeter or Gatling.
ISTQB or other QA‑related certifications.
