Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Food & Beverage Supervisors and Managers in the daily operations of all F&B outlets
* Lead by example in delivering warm, professional, and attentive service to all guests
* Assist with training and mentoring junior team members
* Ensure a high standard of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation in all service areas
* Handle guest queries or issues efficiently and professionally
* Contribute to a positive team environment with strong communication and teamwork
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a similar Food & Beverage role within a hotel or restaurant
* A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
* Confident, friendly, and proactive approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to take initiative and work well under pressure
