The successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to join the team as we expand our operations across Europe, and contribute to the development of our European presence.Your role & responsibilitiesMonitoring of Intraday inward funds processing streamsPerforming bank reconciliations and resolving discrepanciesProactive trouble shooting in new and existing marketsClarification of client / front office instructionsHandover and receipt of Operations activities within Currenxie groupMonitoring client beneficiary instructions within our validation engineMonitoring and interacting with outward payment processing flows when required within our payments engineSupporting stakeholders in responding to Payment enquiries, Requests for Information, and investigationsExceptions management for all non-standard transactionsAssist the trading team with international treasury managementSupport Operations projects, processes, and initiativesYour skills and experienceMinimum 3 years of working experience in payment operations or settlement roles in Europe, preferably within fintech, financial services, and/or bankingKnowledge of EU, EEA, and global payment systems would be a plusDetail-oriented with a strong delivery mindsetAble to independently complete deliverables with minimal supervisionComfortable with uncertainties and challengesEnjoys working within a multi-jurisdictional and lean team with high flexibilityPrior knowledge and exposure to finance service industry is requiredJoin our team as a Senior Operations Analyst and help us continue our growth and success in the fintech industry.
