Responsibilities:
* To respond promptly to internal and external HR inquiries or requests, providing expert assistance on HR policies, procedures, and contractual issues.
* To provide proactive HR support to Managers and team members on policy implementation, employee relations management, general administration duties relating to the HR function.
Skills & Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 years' experience working in an HR role is essential for this position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of current Irish employment legislation along with proficient communication skills.
