Job Title: Hubspot CRM Administrator
Location: Ireland (remote 5% - 10% travel required)
Salary: €45-50k per annum

Summary: Our Client is looking to hire a CRM Administrator in the Lifesciences industry. The CRM Administrator is responsible for administering companies CRM platforms on a day-to-day basis. This role involves organizing customer data, streamlining workflows, and supporting teams to use the system effectively. The CRM administrator will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service to improve processes and drive results. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, pay close attention to details, and have analytical thinking skills. This role will be remote in Ireland with 5-10% travel required depending on business needs.

Responsibilities:

* Onboard new and existing company business units to global Hubspot platform to include user training, legacy data migration and providing advice to users on standard processes
* Manage and optimize Hubspot platform to meet organizational needs
* Policing company data, which is entered by CRM users.
o Ensuring data is correct across accounts, contacts, opportunities, etc.
o Identify and correct errors made by system users
o Communicate errors made by users in a friendly and helpful manner
o Ensuring data fields and forms are used correctly
o Report improper system usage to management
* Provides central point of contact for all change requests and system alterations
* Create or updates training manuals, policies, and procedures
* Works with management to ensure key functionalities are understood
* Provide help-desk support for all system users. Escalating to consultants, IT, or others as needed.
* Building custom reports and dashboards specific to job functions
* Maintain control of access rights, security settings, and user privileges
* Prevent unauthorized access from ex-employees via de-provisioning
* Import and export data as required to synchronize systems
* Supports the development and introduction of tools, processes, and governance across the portfolio that will improve the reliable delivery of projects.
* Supports management in identifying, consolidating, and ensuring management of portfolio-level risks, issues and dependencies


Requirements:

* Strong skills in and understanding of corporate software including ERP, CRM, MRP, QMS etc.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
* Expert skills in Excel.
* Adeptness at reviewing, cleaning, and interpreting large data sets and extracting meaningful data for reporting, analysis, or import into another system.
* Position is considered remote and will be performed work-from-home or in a self-provided space.
* Travel may be required for project installations from time-to-time.
* Performs work in indoor conditions 100% of the time.
* Works alone 70% of the time.
* This position requires working with office and computer equipment.
* Flexibility to travel 5% of the time as needed on a project-by-project basis.
