Role Overview:
We are seeking an Accommodation Manager to oversee the cleanliness, maintenance and presentation of guest rooms and public areas in line with hotel standards.
This role involves supervising accommodation staff, maintaining inventory and ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. Effective management is critical to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise accommodation staff to ensure they meet hotel standards
* Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies
* Ensure effective communication with team members and other departments
* Contribute to creating a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration
* Identify and resolve any issues affecting guest comfort or hotel operations
* Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
* Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require strong leadership and team management skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
Previous experience in a housekeeping or accommodation supervisory role is essential, preferably in a hotel environment. You must also be able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks effectively, and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high standards.
