Role Profile
We have an exciting opportunity in the Digital Marketing Team in the Communications Department.
The Communications Department in SEAI plans and implements strategic and imaginative communications activities to contribute to the achievement of the Authority's business objectives. This includes corporate communications, programme communications, and consumer awareness. The department comprises a digital marketing team, a marketing communications team, and a dedicated marketing campaigns team for home energy upgrades.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role manages, optimizes, and enhances SEAI's website to meet organizational goals. The successful candidate will collaborate across SEAI to meet the needs of internal and external audiences, while continuously improving engagement, lead generation, and user experience. The role requires excellent knowledge of current and emerging digital technologies to maximize reach and business opportunities. The candidate should be data-driven, highly organized, and experienced in website management.
This position is key within the Communications Department. The successful candidate will join an enthusiastic and innovative team committed to delivering high-quality communications activities aligned with SEAI's objectives.
The candidate must demonstrate:
* A degree (minimum NFQ Level 7) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Web Design/Development, or a related discipline.
* At least three years' relevant experience managing a substantial online presence for a large organization.
* Expertise in using website content management platforms for high-quality content publishing.
* Experience in project management, web analytics (GA4), and reporting.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, including report writing, presenting, and public speaking.
* Knowledge or experience working in the Public Sector.
* Experience using Drupal CMS.
* People management experience.
