We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Staff Grade and Senior Speech and Language Therapists to join progressive and supportive Childrens Disability Network Teams (CDNTs) based in Meath.
These roles offer a rewarding opportunity to work as part of an interdisciplinary team supporting children and young people (018 years) with complex needs arising from disability.
Your Role as a Speech and Language Therapist Will Include: Assessment, diagnosis and intervention for children with a range of communication needs Collaborative goal setting with families using a family-centred practice model Working within a supportive IDT including OT, PT, Psychology, Social Work, and Nursing Participation in team planning, service development, and quality improvement initiatives For Senior SLT: providing clinical supervision and leadership to junior colleagues Essential Criteria for the Speech and Language Therapist: Recognised qualification in Speech and Language Therapy CORU registration as a Speech and Language Therapist Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills For Senior Grade: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in the area of disability or paediatrics Desirable: Experience in working within CDNTs or with children with complex communication needs Postgraduate training in areas such as AAC, SCERTS, dysphagia (if relevant), or parent training programmes Familiarity with Progressing Disability Services (PDS) framework What We Offer: Supportive supervision and CPD opportunities A collaborative, family-centred working environment Flexibility to support work-life balance Opportunities to develop your career within a national service framework Contact Us: If you or someone you know is interested in this position, please send a copy of your CV to If you refer a candidate to us who is successfully hired, we can offer you a €150 thank you bonus
