Red D are recruiting an Estate Manager for a large, high-profile complex in Dublin. This is a full-time, on-site role with responsibility for the day-to-day management, upkeep, and smooth operation of a mixed-use estate comprising premium residential apartments, commercial units, and public carparks. As Estate Manager, you'll ensure the site remains safe, compliant, and impeccably maintained, while supporting the wider on-site team and working closely with contractors and service providers. This is a hands-on leadership role that would suit someone with strong facilities management experience in residential or mixed-use developments. It would also suit a senior hotel manager with operational oversight experience and a keen focus on property standards and service delivery. About the Role Youll be based in Dublin and responsible for the full operational oversight of the property. That includes planned and reactive maintenance, contractor management, supporting tenant services, and ensuring the estate is always running at its best. Youll also work closely with the Residential and Commercial Managers, overseeing a small team and ensuring a consistently high standard of service across the board. What You'll Be Doing Lead the management and maintenance of all residential, commercial, and shared spaces Oversee repairs, inspections, upgrades, and cleaning standards across the estate Ensure all systems are operating efficiently and safely Manage external contractors and service providers Support tenants and residents with queries, issues, and service requests Monitor and manage health & safety compliance across the property Oversee the daily operations of on-site carparks and support the operators where required Maintain records, assist with budgeting, and report to senior management The Person Were looking for a proactive and practical leader with experience in facilities or estate management. Youll need to be highly organised, good with people, and confident managing a complex property across multiple asset types. This role may also suit experienced hotel professionals with responsibility for multi-department operations and facilities oversight. Requirements 3+ years experience in facilities or estate management OR a senior hotel operations role Strong knowledge of building operations, systems, and compliance requirements Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Hands-on approach with great attention to detail Experience managing budgets and external contractors A qualification in facilities or property management is preferred This is a Monday to Friday role, with occasional on-call duties.
