Our organization seeks a highly skilled QA Specialist to lead the way in quality standards. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expertise in Quality Systems and Operational Quality, including quality notifications, investigations, and coaching.
* Enhance Quality Systems, resolve problems, and execute tasks with precision.
* Contribute to project teams and lead small-scale projects with strategic thinking.
* Coach and guide colleagues within the site, fostering a culture of excellence.
* Apply regulatory and compliance requirements to your role and stay updated on upcoming changes.
About You:
* 1-5 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical industry or a similar operating environment.
* Demonstrated knowledge in multiple pharmaceutical and/or chemical manufacturing operations.
* Operational experience of at least 4 QMSs.
