Pastry Chef – 4* Grand Hotel, Malahide Under the Management of FBD Hotels & Resorts, we are looking for a full-time Pastry Chef to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair and excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities will include: · Dessert and pastry preparation for multiple outlets including high volume banqueting.
· Service and presentation of all pastries
· Ordering of stock for pastry section
· Creativity and menu design regarding pastries
· Responsible for hygiene and compliance within the pastry section
· Responsible for stock control within the pastry section
· Assisting in other areas of the Kitchen as and when required.
