The role covers the general maintenance of nursing homes and grounds. The overall aim is to ensure duties are carried out to the highest standard, adhering to safety and procedures.
1. Carry out necessary work in maintenance and repairs.
2. Ensure building areas are well presented and fresh.
3. Assist in waste removal from buildings including clinical waste.
4. Carry out basic plumbing work and electrical work in accordance with your schedule, reporting incidents to your manager.
