Job Summary We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Business Transformation Delivery practice.
The successful candidate will have experience in delivering large-scale complex business transformations within large Financial Services clients.
Responsibilities Build valuable relationships with clients and develop a track-record of delivery that is recognised throughout the market.
Deliver key strategic business transformations for FS Consulting clients, ensuring service quality on one or more engagements at a time.
Manage the overall business transformation end to end within the scope, quality, time and budget terms of reference.
Work with the Programme Director and client programme leadership, business and technical leads, operational risk and internal audit teams.
Own the delivery relationship with the client.
Requirements10+ years senior level experience in consulting and delivery of large-scale complex business transformations within large Financial Services clients.
Experience in a matrix managed organisation.
Primary degree.
Excellent communication skills – tailoring communications to suit a mix of audiences.
Deep Functional expertise coupled with a relevant accreditation in their allocated programme/Domain.
