A well-established Tier 2 construction contractor is seeking a driven and ambitious Civil Engineer to join their growing team in Dublin.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an early-career engineer who wants to go beyond a traditional site role. You'll gain hands‑on exposure across engineering, project management, and operations, contributing to a wide variety of projects while working within a collaborative, tight‑knit team.
The Role
Support the delivery of commercial, residential, and industrial projects
Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution
Liaise closely with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor progress, quality, and compliance across active sites
Take on a dynamic role with broad responsibilities across the business
About You
Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's not required)
Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to develop
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ambition to progress into a Project Management role
Comfortable working across both site and office environments

Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 + vehicle (negotiable DOE)
