Commercial Property Solicitor Description: We are hiring for our client, a growing law firm, seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join their high-performing team in Cork.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with 1+ years' PQE to work on a wide range of commercial real estate matters.
You will be part of a collaborative environment, advising on various commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, and property finance.

Draft and negotiate contracts for various types of real estate transactions.
Conduct due diligence investigations into property titles, planning permissions, and other property-related inquiries.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams within the firm to offer comprehensive legal advice that aligns with clients' business strategies.
Experience in construction projects is advantageous but not essential.
The Person: Qualified solicitor in Ireland with a current practicing certificate from the Law Society of Ireland.1-5 years post-qualification experience specializing in real estate law.
Demonstrated expertise in handling commercial real estate transactions.
Strong analytical skills for solving complex legal issues related to property matters.
Client-centric approach, with proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
