About the Role
We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our DV8 Letterkenny store. You will lead the sales team by example, applying a strong understanding of product with a friendly, welcoming approach to deliver excellent customer service. Experience as a supervisor in a similar environment is preferred, but relevant experience may also be considered.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and assisting as needed.
* Open and close the store following security procedures.
* Ensure products are priced correctly and the shop floor is clean and tidy at all times.
* Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation to look its best.
* Operate the till for card and cash payments (training provided if needed).

Qualifications
* Experience as a supervisor in retail or related environment preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
