Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and support teams across. Ensure the emotional, social, and educational needs of children and young people are met in line with individual care plans. Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment, in compliance with HIQA standards, child protection policies, and safeguarding legislation. Contribute to the development and improvement of service provision across all settings. Support professional development, reflective practice, and continuous learning for care teams. Collaborate with the Registered Manager, external agencies, and families to deliver high-quality, holistic care. Requirements A relevant qualification in Social Care, Youth Work, or a related discipline (minimum Level 7). Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in residential childcare. Significant experience in residential childcare, with exposure to mainstream, PLC, or SCSIP services desirable. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of HIQA regulations, child protection, safeguarding, and best practice standards. Ability to work with young people from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
