Group Operations Manager Role
We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Group Operations Manager to oversee the operational performance of our hotel properties in Dublin and Kildare.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and strategic direction across both properties to ensure exceptional service, guest experience, and operational efficiency.
* Support and manage the Hotel Operations Manager and Restaurant Manager in achieving departmental goals and key performance indicators.
* Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including accommodation, food and beverage, events, and guest services.
* Collaborate with senior management and department heads on budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Drive team development through coaching, performance reviews, and ongoing training initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and HACCP standards across both hotels.
* Lead regular planning, operations, and sales meetings with key management staff.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4–5 years' experience in a senior operations or general management role within a busy 3*/4* hotel environment.
* Proven experience managing multiple departments and large teams across multiple properties is a distinct advantage.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving operational and financial targets.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of front office systems, HACCP, and hospitality compliance standards.
* Flexible, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a senior management team.
* Full clean driver's license and willingness to travel between hotel locations as required.
