This is a hands-on commercial role with a strong technical focus, where you'll manage an established customer base and identify new opportunities to grow market share.
You'll work closely with distributors, end-users, and internal teams to promote high-quality lubricant solutions, deliver value to customers, and drive sustainable growth in your region.
* Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory through proactive business development and customer retention.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, OEMs, and key accounts.
* Identify new opportunities across sectors such as transport, agriculture, marine, and manufacturing.
* Provide technical support and guidance on product selection and lubrication performance.
* Monitor competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with marketing to deliver local campaigns and brand initiatives.
* Prepare and deliver regular territory reports and sales updates to management.
* Represent the brand at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B field sales, account management, or business development, ideally within lubricants, oils, chemicals, or related technical sectors.
