Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking a Financial / Management Accountant to join their high-performing Group Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to gain broad commercial exposure in a dynamic, fast-paced global business, while working closely with senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic decision-making across the organisation.
Role Overview:
Financial & Management Reporting
1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
2. Deliver financial statements, variance analysis, and performance reporting
3. Maintain general ledger accuracy and integrity
Budgeting & Forecasting
4. Support annual budgets and rolling forecasts
5. Track performance against budget and investigate variances
6. Assist departments with cost control and planning
Financial Control & Compliance
7. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal controls
8. Support internal and external audits
9. Oversee fixed asset and stock reporting and reconciliation
Cost & Performance Analysis
10. Perform cost and profitability analysis
11. Monitor KPIs and support pricing and investment decisions
Business Partnering
Work closely with operational and leadership teams
12. Provide financial insight to non-finance stakeholders
13. Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements
14. Reconcile intercompany balances across group entities
Candidate Profile
15. Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA)
16. Minimum 2 years' experience in industry (manufacturing exposure)
17. Strong IT and systems capability, including advanced Excel and Power BI
18. Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
