Job Summary:
Our client are a leading member of the beverage manufacturing sector who are looking for a Project Administrator to join their team on a rolling 12-month contract basis. This job will be well suited for someone who has experience in a manufacturing or construction environment and strong administrative ability to support a range of projects associated with the development and ongoing operations of their Kildare site.
Main Duties:
* As Project Coordinator, will you take on a range of administration and coordination activities to support various company projects.
* Provide monthly updates on spend versus plan and forecast out 12 months.
* Process PO's and invoices associated with work, ensuring goods are received, and tracking budgets.
* Managing calendar of events as needed and collating timesheets for approval.
* Assisting and organising meetings, site visits, etc
* Preparing agendas, presentations, reports, spreadsheets and similar documents.
* Any other responsibilities as needed.
Your background:
* For this Project Coordinator job, you will have previous similar experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
* You will also have strong administrative skills and experience handling PO's, invoices, etc.
