Key Role: Chef de Partie
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef to join our kitchen team as a key member of the culinary team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Cook food to order and prepare ingredients for dishes
* Assist the head chef with menu planning and kitchen operations
* Maintain high standards of kitchen health and hygiene
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 2 years experience in professional cookery
* Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety procedures
* Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Working Conditions:
The position is full-time, 39 hours per week, located in Galway, Ireland.
