Job Overview
As a leader in operations, you will play a key role in developing and mentoring a team of production staff to achieve high levels of performance and employee engagement. You will be responsible for evaluating employee performance, conducting performance appraisals, and coaching/mentoring team members to encourage a high-performance work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate employee performance and conduct regular performance assessments.
2. Provide guidance and support to team members to develop their skills and abilities.
3. Utilize productivity tools to optimize performance and increase efficiency.
4. Oversee operational processes to ensure products meet/exceed quality standards.
5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Requirements:
* Degree or Master's in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 4 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
