We have a new opportunity for an experienced Painter to join the team at Dublin's only street art hotel, The Hendrick Smithfield, Dublin 7. This position is available part-time with a suggested but flexible 3 day week to be agreed with the candidate.
We're seeking an individual with good communication skills and a very keen eye for detail. You will help to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring our bedrooms and public areas are in top condition at all times. You must be friendly, approachable and willing to help our guests whilst operating within the hotel brand guidelines, ensuring our unique Hendrick experience for every guest, every time.
A Brief Description Of Your Main Duties Will Include
* Planning and painting of hotel guest bedrooms, corridors and all public areas.
* Repairing and replacing grouting and silicone.
* Working in a very clean manner, ensuring the highest quality work always.
* Liaising with the hotel team (maintenance, housekeeping, management) to agree daily schedule.
* Prioritising workloads and maintaining flexibility to adjust according to the business needs.
* Light general maintenance work when required.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a painter/decorator and you will have very high personal work standards.
European citizenship or a pre-existing valid work visa/permit is required for this role.
