This role supports the food preparation team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout all food handling and serving areas.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing friendly and efficient service at the deli counter
* Operating payment systems with accuracy
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation and serving areas
* Supporting with food preparation and stock replenishment during service periods
* Collaborating effectively as part of a dynamic, supportive team
Requirements:
* Fluent spoken English for effective communication and customer service
* Prior experience working on payment systems and in a deli or similar food service environment
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure
* Capacity to work independently and follow instructions
* HACCP and Manual Handling certificates (training available)
