As a strategic operations leader, you will oversee the operational and financial functions of our firm. This role requires strong organizational skills to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Management: Oversee accounting activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Operational Oversight: Lead regular meetings with team members to discuss key performance indicators (KPIs), review targets, and set priorities.
* Staff Management: Supervise administrative staff, manage staff resources, and maintain accurate records of absences and leave requests.
* Facilities and IT Management: Ensure that office facilities and equipment are well-maintained, oversee maintenance contracts, and manage IT infrastructure.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Possesses an accounting qualification with at least 3 years' experience in a finance and operations role.
