We are looking for an experienced Partner Manager to develop and expand relationships within our existing partnership portfolio. The role involves working collaboratively with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to increase engagement, revenue, and mutual success with our strategic partners.
This is a hybrid role, requiring one day per week in our Kilkenny office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Existing Partnerships: Act as the main contact for a portfolio of partners, ensuring goal alignment and performance tracking.
Drive Growth Initiatives: Identify opportunities for revenue growth through co-selling, co-marketing, and product integrations.
Monitor Performance: Use KPIs to track partner success and prepare quarterly reviews and strategic plans.
Collaborate Internally: Work with internal teams to resolve issues and improve partner experience.
Manage Partner Lifecycle: Oversee renewals, expansions, and new opportunities.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to partner strategy and resource allocation.
Market Feedback: Provide feedback to influence product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
3-6 years in partner management, business development, or strategic account management within SaaS or Fintech.
Proven success in managing and growing partner relationships.
Strong commercial acumen and experience delivering revenue impact.
Knowledge of partner incentive structures and joint marketing.
Experience with API integrations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Experience with CRMs like Salesforce and reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Experience with system integrators, ISVs, or embedded finance is a plus.
