We are currently recruiting for an energetic and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Drogheda, County Louth.
We are seeking passionate, coffee loving individuals with a positive "can-do" attitude. Whether you are an experienced Barista or a fresher looking to start your journey in hospitality, we would love to hear from you. Full training will be provided — all you need is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Our guiding compass is based on one simple idea, that a coffee house is a special place outside of the home. That every principle informs everything we do from our freshly crafted foods and coffee to the comfy furniture inviting you to rest a while.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Delivering excellent customer service at all times
* Preparing and serving high-quality coffee (training provided)
* Operating the till/cash register
* Following HACCP and food safety procedures
* Greeting customers and sharing information about our products
* Assisting with food preparation and service
* Cleaning and resetting tables
* Performing general cleaning tasks (e.g., sanitising surfaces, sweeping floors, washing dishes)
Skills & Experience Required
* No previous experience required — full training will be provided.
* Must be fully flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and varying shifts
* A genuine interest in coffee and customer service.
* A friendly and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
* Good communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Basic knowledge of HACCP and food safety is an advantage.
